The also work at work one of the hospitals in Huntington, WV. There are no other EPs even in Huntington. They would do a guarantee for one year, and then it's production.

    4) Ashland, KY. Interventional, Invasive, Non-interventional, EP and Non-invasive to join a group. Join an elite group of 6 Cardiologists, made up of 3 Interventional, 2 EP’s and one Invasive.  They are opening a satellite office approx. 7-8 miles from the medical center and want to promote ideally 2 new cardiologists there in that office.  These openings will be salaried by the group or an income guarantee from the hospital.  There will be benefits from the group, CME, vacation, etc.  Salary/Income will be determined partly thru credentials, it will be very competitive, possible sign-on, the hospital will take care of moving expense and house hunting.  Call will be shared between the group 1:7.

    The position will be 80% clinical, 10% research and 10% teaching in nature. In addition to providing inpatient and outpatient consultations for patients with cardiac rhythm disorders, this position will teach cardiology fellows, electrophysiology fellows (when the program is established), medical residents, and students; and will also develop and supervise an electrophysiology/ECG/arrhythmia teaching conference that will be held weekly, as well as conducting one ambulatory cardiology session each week, with a focus on arrhythmia patients. Demonstrated success in supply cost management through internal and external negotiations, product and service utilization management, and physician preference management. Previous consulting experience preferred. Communicates effectively and demonstrates leadership role with physicians, clinicians, administrators, colleagues and fellow SUPPLY CHAIN staff. [207]
